Here's a list of all NPCs in the game in the order that they appear and where to find them.

Hobo Jo - in the basement of the apartment hiding in a closet near the washer and dryer.

Stan - in the hallway of the apartments after coming up from the basement.

Junkie - in the apartments before exiting outside.

Man - outside in an alley before boarding the bus.

Bus driver - driving the bus.

Employee - in the laundromat.

Patron - in the laundromat.

Peepaw - in Peepaw's Store.

Pizza Dude - in the pizza parlor.

Greasy Manager - Appliance Store.

Old Woman - after placing the clothes in the dryer head to the pizza parlor and enter it then exit and she will be waiting outside the door.
