Pretty easily boostable. Set up a Deathmatch on Beachfront and have your opponents get in the pool, and use the button that heats up the pool. Each kill is worth 5 stars and the scenery kills don't alert the security so you won't have to worry about them. Depending on how many people you boost with it should only take a couple of matches.
