Play any map you like or are good at on hard. Play past wave 85 to get into freeeplay mode. In this mode you get a load on MOABS that will always have ceramic bloons and they appear normally a lot as well.
A recommended setup is to have a good few banna farms, a load of,Technological Terror super monkeys and some Cripple MOAB sniper monkeys. With all of these setup you can leave you game runining until you die(so it counts the kills) then redo it if you need more.

Just pop 250,000 ceramics. Ceramics come out at round 40+ and they have a brown shell layer on them. Easiest way is to play the achievement tracks for the medals and get it through normal achievement progression!
