This achievement is a pure endurance test. from what I remember the missions aren't to hard with a few exceptions, but they were possible thanks to agents (Mainly Super Monkey Storm). Speaking of which it's best to save up all the money collected here and use it on either upgrades or agents. That's about it the only other thing you can unlock while doing this is accumulative or agent upgrade achievements.
I did them all at once but you can try and slowly chip away at it (5-10 a day)
