There is no quick way to get this and it will be a grind no matter what.
Whatever maps you are playing on, you generally have to get to level 80 to get your first ZOMB (I think 79 on Impoppable). The key to getting this faster is to continue beyond level 80 and play until you lose. The further you go, the more ZOMBs you will come across. If you want to speed the process up a little, get your buccaneer leveled up up the upper part of the tree and you can take a ZOMB every time it reloads. Besides that, load up on MOAB killers that will aid you in your holy quest.
This will take you a minimum of 5000 games if you don't want to speed the process up and give up at level 80 every time.
