This achievement (whose title is obviously a reference to Geico insurance) is awarded for destroying your car a total of 100 times.
By "Destroy" I am referring to any instance where you deal so much damage that your car blows up and the stage resets.
You should likely unlock this achievement through normal play. However, you can easily boost this by playing any driving course stage with gravity and intentionally run straight into the planet.
