This event occurs as soon as you enter the Throne Room on Nene's Ship (Level 5).
The same usual button mashing sequence, although you will be required to hold down the left analog stick as well and mash the button that is prompted, this event entails saving Kluke from Nene's neck device.
There is a save point at the beginning of Level 5, so make sure you use it in case you fail the event.
