The second boss is a giant Frozen Fish.
His first attack will be to go underwater and follow you until he emerge and create 2 shockwaves, easily dodged by jumping. He will then go underwater again for a while and emerge. This is when you can attack him. Try to dash from the side and hit him in the air, so he can't quick attack you with his tail.
About halfway, he will spawn little fishes. Jump and attack in the air again to kill them fast.
Rinse and repeat until he dies !
