How to unlock the Soul Fragments achievement in Blue Fire - Definitive Guide

Soul Fragments can only be collected once you meet Von at the top of Abandonned Path, who will give you the vessel of souls.
To get there, you have to go to the cemetary and climb the tower all the way to the top (elevator can be repaired first time you reach the top and cost 100 ore), means first time to get there you have to climb.
Once you reach the top, speak to Von and after a cutscene he will give you the Vessel of Souls. Make sure you activate the elevator once you're on top.
Then you have to reach all 4 bases to get the fragments. Location is given in the following video (credit to HackNSlacker):
When all the 4 bases activated and completed, you need to go back to the Abandonned Path, up the elevator and open the path to Beira's Shrine for the achievement to pop.

Sorry this isn't an in-depth guide, but I wanted to let everyone know that this didn't unlock for me until I returned to the top of the tower in the Abandoned Path after collecting/completing all 4 Soul Fragments.
