This one can be gained in Episode 1 of the game, head to the back garden over to the large trampoline and bounce on it, press and hold the button and you'll keep bouncing higher and eventually achievement will pop.

It's not missable. There's nothing stopping you from getting it at any point.

You can gain this in episode 2 and onwards, In episode 1 the garden is fenced off which makes the trampoline non accessible.
Once you start episode 2, head to the back garden the moment you can move and at the very end of the garden will be a trampoline. Climb onto the trampoline and press A to jump, when jumping hold A and as you jump higher this achievement will pop.

Head out to the backyard of the house, and the trampoline is in the back corner. Hop on and hold 
until you reach the maximum height, at which point this will unlock.
