How to unlock the Keepie Uppie Expert achievement in Bluey: The Videogame - Definitive Guide

After playing Keepie Uppie in Episode 1 and finishing the episode, you'll unlock it as a mini-game to play at any time outside of episodes. In any location (excluding Episodes), press cn_Y, then cn_LSu and cn_A. Once you've confirmed you want to play Keepie Uppie and the mini-game has loaded, throw the balloon and keep running into the white circle that appears on the floor after every hit. Once you've successfully hit the balloon 25 times without it touching the ground, the achievement will unlock.

TheBongoFury in the comments suggests getting the balloon into a corner to make this easier.

You can pull it off by playing until you get to a corner and keep up the balloon until you hit 25. :)

Hello there, folks. Today we're going to help you get the "Keepie Uppie Expert" Achievement in Bluey: The Videogame.

This Achievement is missable, as it cannot be unlocked during the Story version of the mini-game, and is not required to progress through the Story.

Keepie Uppie is the name of the game where you inflate a balloon and try to keep it up in the air. You'll play it multiple times as you work your way through Episode 1, and if you want to know the steps to play through Episode 1, check out my Solution here(or watch the video at the bottom of the solution starting at 8:32):

Bluey: The VideogameGone With The WindThe Gone With The Wind achievement in Bluey: The Videogame worth 31 pointsFinish Episode 1

In order to unlock the Keepie Uppie Achievement, we need to have finished Episode 1. Once we finish Episode 1, we begin in the Heeler House and will be told to investigate a Sticker Book.

Instead, press the Y button to bring up a wheel that has 4 shapes on it. Currently, only the upper(Red Balloon) shape is filled in, because Keepie Uppie is the only mini-game we have unlocked.

Note that I assume you are trying to play the mini-game immediately after finishing Episode 1 and unlocking it, while standing on the floor in the Heeler House where you spawn in. The mini-games, when you replay them, can only be played when you aren't playing through one of the Story Episodes, and they all have specific areas where they can/can't be played. If you're trying to play Keepie Uppie and the red balloon in the bottom left corner isn't lit, it means you're not in an area where the game can be played and you'll have to wander until the balloon lights up in the bottom left corner. Once it does, press Y to bring the menu up.

Press Up to highlight the upper portion of the menu with the balloon and press A to start Keepie Uppie. You'll start a 3-2-1 countdown, then will press X to throw the balloon in the air. You'll see a white circle on the ground indicating where the balloon is landing/where you should stand to keep it up. You have 1:40 to play the mini-game, and whoever gets to 3 stars(30 hits) first, or has the most stars when time runs out, wins.

For the Achievement, however, we need to hit the Balloon 25 times in a row, a feat only made difficult by the fact that your family members will often run into the foreground and block your view of things. If you do fail, you can simply restart the mini-game until you hit it 25 times in a row. I can't confirm whether or not family members can hit it and help you, but their AI seems to keep them away from you here, so keep that in mind.

The "Keepie Uppie Expert" Achievement will pop as soon as you hit the Balloon for the 25th consecutive time.

If you prefer a video Walkthrough, I have a Full Video Walkthrough below. To get the "Keepie Uppie Expert" Achievement, play through Episode 1, then begin watching at 14:12, culminating is us unlocking the Achievement at 15:50, though Xbox was having issues at the time of the recording and did not pop the Achievement on-screen, so apologies for that.

You will unlock a mini game during Episode 1 after you've gone outside and played keepie uppie with the balloon. I finished the main story then done the mini game achievements at the end but you can do them as soon as you unlock each game (there's 4 mini game types).

This guide will walk you through this achievement and all of the other 21 achievements in under 2 hours. Keepie Uppie achievement starts at around 1:39:13 into the video and pops at around 1:40:13 timeframe. All achievement timestamps are shown in the video Description.

The Keepy Uppy minigame unlocks as part of the story, during the first episode.

As the name implies, you need to keep a balloon up in the air. There's a marker on the ground where you need to stand to hit it, and your hit counter is in the upper right. This takes no real effort, so just finish the game (it ends around 30 hits) and you'll unlock this achievement along the way.
