In the playground on the right hand side of it there is three slides, go to the top one and press x to slide, as you’re sliding it will prompt again, I just kept tapping x and went down all three slides

After one has completed the park episode and can explore the park, go to the area in which the episode starts; the three-tiered section has three slides.
Go to the top.
Press
to slide and hold the left stick in the direction towards the next slide.
Edit - I’m not sure if it has any impact at all, but I was also mashing during each attempt.
Note - I had an easier time doing this with Bandit, the dad (I got it with him on my first try). Though, if he does not chain the slides after a few attempts, try other characters.

I just kept tapping X and it was automaticly on the next slide.

To my knowledge, there is only one place where this is possible, and that's at the park, the second location. In the very middle of the park, between the two playgrounds, is a tiered area with a little play castle on top, and three slides leading down from the top. Jump your way up to the top, then mash 
the whole way down to jump from slide to slide, chaining all three. See my game clip below.
