This can easily be achieved using the Xbox button on the controller to pause the game and moving your arms into position.
The easiest way I found was to pause the game when the current vehicle is on the little platform in front of your chest. Here you can move one arm ready to load up the next vehicle and one arm to unload the vehicle currently on the ramp both at the same time. Then unpause, let the next one move along to the middle and repeat.
Using this method you can easily get to 75-80 vehicle, which is more than enough for the achievement.
