There really isn't too much to this. The key is not to try TOO hard on your first test, then it isn't too hard to blow the old one out of the water. If you wait till the next day you will pick up the achievement for playing two days in a row.

Worth adding, you can't do this over your current age rating for the day, so you have to wait for the next day. I tried on mine and got a younger age but since it didn't save it didn't count.
