What you want to do for this is just, 1. Make sure to buy a turret under the plane, 2. you'll have to get a little into the game so that you can train secondary skills to your crew so that you have 4 gunners, and finally you'll have to upgrade your gunners to level 3 to unlock the focus perk.
Afterward, all you need to do is start a mission, move your gunners to turrets and activate focus on all of them. Hope this helps :)

I am one Gunner shy on my main crew save unfortunately....
I wonder if running really fast between 2 turrets while the skill is activated will count. lol

It's a crew member skill, not a turret skill, so you'd have to have 4 people in the 4 separate turrets.

For this you will need to install the fourth turret and have all Gunners (with either primary or secondary skill) at least at level 3 – which is not that big of a problem. Once you start your mission move the 4th crew member to the turret and activate it on all for at the same time for this to unlock.
