As soon as you approach them DO NOT bomb them but watch closely if a V1 rocket launches, there will be a counter going down.

As a note for where some can be found (as they are great for farming targets - there's 5!)

There are two ways to get this. One is based on luck and requires you to bomb the V1 launch site (also counts as a target) just after the rocket is released (which Is how I got it). Best mission is Doodleburg blitz (five V1 launch site)
The second is, as the Rocket is launched, you can track it and shoot it with your turrets. Pick a custom heading parallel to it and use “Focus”, if necessary, on the gunners. The rocket is not particularly strong on armor and should go down without much of a fight.
