The quickest way for this is to take off and then immediately call for an emergency landing with the pilot. While the mission is failed, it still counts as flying it.

If you do the story missions when they are available, you might need to continue after you finish the story missions. If not, you will get this easily on your first (and only) playthrough. Anyways this will happen before you can get Two hundred Targets (100G).
