The achievement name says it all--play 100 battles. Also, some clarification on the conditions to unlock it--you don't have to play the 100 battles online. You can get your 100 battles in Single Battle mode, as each Round counts as one battle.

you can also start a round and blow yourself up 100 times. Takes about 1 minute to reload and blow yourself up again.
