This is acquired in world battle (online play). All you need to do is go into ranked matched (would probably also work in player match, not sure) and pick the "create a room" option. Get at least one other person to join, then play the game and finish it. However, the odds of seeing ANYONE on this game is very small. If you aren't boosting, you probably won't find anyone, no matter how many times you check.

Player match DOES work. Although, no Battle Score in player match.
