All you have to do to get this Achievement is go to World Battle then ranked match and go down to "create a room" and then you still have to pick an option that says "create" and then just select yes. You have to have at least one other person in your game to start it as well as they have to check a "ready" option for you to start the game. There is an occasional person or two that actually still plays this game however, it is much easier to boost with a friend while your going for your other online achievements if you still need them.
