easyer to do than u might think the description is a little misleading go to multiplayer-rankedmatch-battle-create match
pick any level u want and pick vip mode set players to 2 time u can leave as it is and wins to 9 then have ur friend search for a custom match pic the arena u chose and the mode and 99% of the time only ur game will be up so ur friends joins then he just blows him self up at each round as each round counts as a match won so its a game of 9 rounds then repeat for a game of 2 rounds and the achiment is yours *just rember to return the favor lol*

The achievement's description is mis-leading. In order to get it, you actually need to win a total of 11 Rounds. You can set up a maximum of 9 Rounds per match giving you 9/11 Rounds won. So you would have to set up a second match for you and your partner to get this achievement respectfully.
You need to do this achievement via XBox Live and you will either need a partner who will be willing to help you, or a dummy account with a copy of this game as well.
If you are planning to host the match, simply select XBox Live, then Ranked Match. Choose Battle and Create the Match on the Classic Map in the Battle Game Mode.
Make sure the maximum amount of players that can join is 2 and set the maximum amount of wins to 9. Time limit doesn't matter.
Once the match is up, have your partner/dummy search for the match. When the match begins, the player who is losing simply needs to move for a moment and then they can plant a bomb to commit suicide.
Rinse and repeat this for the 9 Rounds and the winning player should have 9/11 wins. Restart the match with the same settings and win another 2 rounds and you should get the achievement.
Finally swap roles and repeat the process if you are doing this with a partner.
Note: You must make sure the winning person wins all 11 of these rounds without losing a round, otherwise the streak will reset and you will have to go through the process again.
