First, you will need to ensure that you have the Bomb-Up Pack I DLC installed before you can go for this achievement. Secondly you will need to check and see if you can change your character into the Bombzilla Costume. This is done by selecting "Customize Bomberman" and then choosing the following pieces of clothing...

You can either do this achievement with additional controllers or via XBox Live with a partner/s. You can also do both methods in which you and a partner on XBox Live assign a 2nd controller each, or have 1 person on XBox Live by themselves and another with 2 additional controllers plugged in, giving 3 players.
For this achievement though, you only need 1 of the above regardless.
If you are planning to host the match, simply select XBox Live, then Player Match. Assign the the controllers on the Local Players page if you are adding them in. Choose Battle and Create the Match on the Giant Map in the Battle Game Mode.
Make sure the maximum amount of players that can join is 2 and the number of wins is set to 1. All the other settings do not matter although you might want to add a little bit of time just in case.
You do not have to change anything for the Power-Up Settings neither.
Once the match is up, invite your partner/s if you are doing this via XBox Live. When the match begins, the player/s who are losing simply need to move for a moment and then they can plant a bomb to commit suicide.
The sole surviving player will get a win. Repeat this a second time and they will get the achievement. Rinse and repeat the process if you are doing this with a partner/s.
Note: You must make sure the winning person wins 2 matches without losing a round, otherwise the streak will reset and you will have to go through the process again.
