You will need to ensure that you have the Bomb-Up Pack III DLC installed before you can go for this achievement.
You can either do this achievement with additional controllers or via XBox Live with a partner/s. You can also do both methods in which you and a partner on XBox Live assign a 2nd controller each, or have 1 person on XBox Live by themselves and another with 2 additional controllers plugged in, giving 3 players.
For this achievement though, you only need 1 of the above regardless.
If you are planning to host the match, simply select XBox Live, then Player Match. Assign the the controllers on the Local Players page if you are adding them in. Choose Battle and Create the Match on the Resurrection Map in the Battle Game Mode. Make sure the "Gimmick" feature is activated.
Make sure the maximum amount of players that can join is 2 and set the time limit to 9 Minutes. You would probably want to set the number of wins to around 2 - 3. All the other settings do not matter.
You do not have to change anything for the Power-Up Settings neither.
Once the match is up, invite your partner/s if you are doing this via XBox Live. When the match begins, the player who is going for the achievement needs to be killed by the losing player. The player will then be in a cart. Now what they need to do is chuck some bombs in the same area as where the losing player is and kill them. If done successfully the winning player will avenge their own enemy and get this achievement as well.
The losing player who just gets killed will now be in a cart as well, and therefore can also go for the achievement as well, since the roles have been swapped. This overall makes the process towards this achievement much more simple.

nice and easy set up a game with at least 2 other players/ contollers pick any level turn gimicks off and set revenge to super start the game have one of the other players kill u so u r in the revenge cart then simply kill them he will die and u take his place on the board again as well as an achivment and 25 cool gamerscore

You cant do it on "any level", read the description of the achievement. Has to be done on Resurrection...
