Right what you have to do is put it on capture the crown mode with 7 easy AI. The powerups you will need are ''speed up'', ''full power'' and ''dangerous bomb'' (red skull bomb). Thinking back ''bomb up'' would also help but is not essential as I did it without.
Ok, as the AI all go after the crown you need to go after the soft blocks and get all 3 power ups are soon as. Once you have them go close the the crown holder and drop a bomb and run. You should get 3 easy. I think I got 5 on my second bomb dropped. It was very easy.
This will also be easy for the 99 AI kills. Hope this helps as I got nowhere with the other solution.

Thanks Ruthless for this awesome guide. I was getting aggravated trying other methods but I got this and my 99 AI kills in one 9 minute game.
