This can be sometimes hard to find 4 girls or more in a game all playing together. So i just recommend you find a few friends willing to change in to female suits and take turns killing each other. To make sure your in a full female suit in the change room there is a Person with a skirt for any female costume there is.

use the three ballerina parts in the costume options

While boosting for "Completely Unstoppable!" have everyone wear Bomberina Ballerina's Bun, Bomberina Ballerina's Face, and Bomberina Ballerina's Tutu since you start with those. And since your boosting for "Completely Unstoppable!" it will unlock after the first match. You can Also sign in more controllers and on the sign in screen edit them as the same thing your wearing.

This achievement requires you to win an Xbox Live 4+ player girl-only match with a full female outfit.
Make a game and invite 3 other friends, or if you have two controllers, you can invite another person with two controllers, as long as there are 4 players. Make sure everyone, including you, is wearing the full female outfit, the full female outfit is:
• Bomberina Ballerina's Bun
• Bomberina Ballerina's Face
• Bomberina Ballerina's Tutu
After you win the match, it will unlock.

• Bomberina Ballerina's Bun
• Bomberina Ballerina's Face
• Bomberina Ballerina's Tutu
