How to unlock the IV achievement in Bones of Halloween - Definitive Guide

This challenge is for finding and buying an ammo box in Money Dripper mode. Walk around until you find one, then keep killing and collecting until you have enough to buy it. Money Driper mode sees you lose money constantly, and you need $3000 for an ammo box, but enemies drop loads of coins so this isn't really an issue.
