This can be unlocked very early after starting the game.
The Fortune Teller is located in the town hub and will add charges to your consumable cards for a small price. You should receive a Healing Potion pretty early on. This card has 4 charges and costs 100 gold to replenish a charge. Simply go into the dungeon, use all of the charges on healing, and then return to the Fortune Teller to recharge. You can get 4 of the 10 charges needed for this achievement each time you fully fill the vial.
There are other consumable cards you can charge (Mana Potion, Portal to Town, Bombs) and you'll probably unlock this automatically just by progressing through the dungeons.

This is easily doable once you have your first alternate version of any card that can be charged. First fully charge one of the cards. Then switch to the other version of the card, thus selling all of those charges back (at the same price). Then charge the second card fully and switch back. Repeat until you have purchased the required number of times.
