Like with the Curtain Call achievement, this achievement counts across all songs and difficulties: get C or above on all 10 songs on easy, get C's or above on 5 songs on both easy and medium, etc.
You will most likely get this along with the Curtain Call achievement, as its actually pretty hard to get under C especially on Easy.

Just would like to emphasis the fact it has to be DIFFERENT songs.

If you are struggling you can get the DLC songs as they count towards the 10 songs as well.

Simply play 10 songs & get a C or better.You can play Easy, Medium, and Hard on the first 5 songs and it will unlock.

Why people can't resist to write a an obvious guide for an obvious achievement? TA badges are nice, but not all cost.

Obviously easiest done with easy difficulty. Shouldn't be a problem at all.
