Donkey Mong; Have to Kill for achievement only!
King Mong; Don't have to kill for achievement but he is an easter egg and will drop loot!
*I CAN confirm this it unlocks for all 4 players! Even 2! and Single Player!*
1. From the fast travel in Eridium Blight grab a catch a ride car and head south.
2. Head through the gates where the turrets are.
3. A big monkey might spawn in front of you on the right THIS IS NOT DONKEY MONG this is King Mong and he doesn't give you the achievement but can give you loot if you wish to kill him. If you are under level this will be a tough battle.
4. Keep driving until you reached the spot on the map above or video below. It should be on the right.
5. He should spawn out of one of the holes on the wall.
6. If he doesn't spawn the first time save and quit and go back to Eridum Blight.
7. Rinse and Repeat until he spawns may be your first or second try or more but he will show up keep trying.
8. For fun you can cut his tie by meleeing it for a challenge.

Donkey Mong is a rare spawning enemy that will appear near Ore Chasm. He is not to be confused with King Mong near Heroes Pass.
You will notice large barrels on his back that he throws at you, and of course his name is Donkey Mong.
I found the best way to get him to spawn is to enter Ore Chasm, come back to Eridium Blight, run left and see if he has spawned. If not, run back to Ore Chasm and repeat.
You don't require killing any additional enemies to make him spawn, he is simply there, or he isn't. Also, if you kill him or another player kills him, everyone gets the trophy.

Donkey Mong is an ultra rare monster that spawns in the Bullymong areas of Eridium Blight [MAP]. You will enter this area automatically during a story mission. He looks like one of the common Bedrock Bullymogs, but throws explosive barrels at you.
Donkey Mong has only one single spawn point, however, he spawns very rarely. He can also spawn at any time of day. Take note that you do not have to do any special requirements to make him spawn.

I reached Ore Chasm (the arena located nearby), leaving it and going straight and to the left, you stand on a ridge from which Donkey Mong's respawn point opens. If it doesn't appear, return to Ore Chasm, save and repeat
Go to Ore Chasm and then go back to EridiumBlight so that the save point will activate and become the starting point when you exit the game. This way, you don't have to return to Ore Chasm every time you haven't found Donkey Mong! Just go to the main menu and click Continue - you will appear at the door to Ore Chasm - the closest point near Donkey Mong's respawn.
In this place in the mountain you will see a hole from which Donkey Mong appears with a certain chance.
