Hello internet
This is a DLC story based achievement that is extremely hard to miss, you can only miss him if you start the DLC and then immediatly leave. It is the first ''boss'' of the DLC Tiny Tina's assault on Dragons keep. After you enter the unassuming docks keep walking over the sandbar and you will find him. He is accompanied by several skelletons but isnt very hard to beat.

I got this for 360 on my solo playthrough easily enough but on Xbox One co-op playthrough it didn't pop. My friend killed him as we went through the level, he got the achievement but I didn't. We went to Flamerock Refuge and fast travelled back to unassuming docks. Save and quit and continued the game so the enemies would respawn. I killed him this time and still didn't pop. Xbox One achievements just being buggy or what's up with this?
