Hello internet,
This is an unmissable story based achievement. It unlocks near around 80-90% of the game after the mission: Data Mining. Easy mission shouldnt take very long.
I have found no solution for imported characters other than: being there when another person completes it. Doing the mission again on the game mode you left off or completing the mission with a new character.
