This is story related to "Tiny Tina's Assault on Dragon Keep." Its unlocked more or less upon the completion of the DLC when you also more or less

As a side note when I ran this DLC on both the original edition of Borderlands 2 on the Xbox 360 and on the Xbox One "Handsome Collection" version, both times I was playing as Gaige the Mechromancer solo with a focus on her "Best Friends Forever" and "Little Big Trouble" skill trees versus the meta of using "Ordered Chaos."

I missed this the first time so I made a new character and did only the story quest and watched credits and pop

At first this didn't unlock for me. I skipped the credits, turned the quest in but no achievement. Then I read on the solution for the 360-version that you have to watch the full credits. Luckily I could recover a cloud save where I was right before the last fight and tried again. This time I didn't skip the credits and achievement popped after turning in the quest. Just a heads up if you're having trouble unlocking this achievement.
