Borderlands 3

This achievement has glitched for me. I am stuck at 95%. I have read this has happened for other players however no solution as yet. Any ideas? I have completed nearly all side missions, will keep going until I have them all and report back.

Here are a list of the missions I completed in order to reach my 20 and have the achievement unlock. I believe these are the first 20 possible side missions you can come across as well:

Dynasty Diner - Given by Lorelei in Meridian Metroplex after completing optional mission Rise and Grind
Golden Calves - Given by Vaughn in The Droughts after completing story mission Cult Following
Head Case - Picked up the jarred head in Ascension Bluff during the story mission Cult Following after defeating Mouthpiece
Healers and Dealers - Bounty near the Fast Travel in Meridian Outskirts
Holy Spirit - Given by Brother Mendel in Athenas during the story mission The Impending Storm
Invasion of Privacy - Given by Ava in Sanctuary during the story mission The Impending Storm
Just a Prick - Given by Tannis in Sanctuary during the story mission Hostile Takeover
Kill Killavolt - Given by Moxxi in Sanctuary during the story mission Hostile Takeover
Maliwannabees - Given by Ziff in Meridian Outskirts after the story mission Hostile Takeover
Opposition Research - Given by Gonner Mallegies in Skywell-27 during the story mission Space-Laser Tag
Porta Prison - Given by Trashmouth in Porta-Potty in Lectra City during the optional mission Kill Killavolt
Powerful Connections - Given by the broken vending machine in The Droughts after the story mission From the Ground Up
Proof of Wife - Bounty near Police HQ in Lectra City during the optional mission Kill Killavolt
Ratch'd Up - Given by Rhys in Atlas HQ after the story mission Atlas, At Last
Rise and Grind - Given by Lorelei in Meridian Metroplex after completing story mission Hostile Takeover
Skag Dog Days - Bounty near The Droughts-Highway Fast Travel after completing story mission Cult Following
Technical NOGout - Bounty near Lectra City entrance in Meridian Metroplex during story mission Hostile Takeover
Under Taker - Given by Vaughn in The Droughts after completing story mission Cult Following

Seasonal missions such as Claw and Order, Revenge of the Cartels, Borderlands Science, etc. do not count towards the 20 that are needed.
