How to unlock the Brain Pain Train Slain achievement in Borderlands 3 - Definitive Guide
This boss battle is painfully slow.
It is a train with a huge "health" bar with repeated cycle.
It comes with some minor randomness with portals that tries to cross over you, some scenario patterns and the important one: when the tracks are drew just above the height of your head. You have to shoot below it to get criticals.
Sadly this takes a lot of time so the better is to have a repeater weapon with a huge magazine so you won't have to wait for reloading time. I had the chance to use a shotgun with my FL4K skills when I did critical it gained one bullet, so it never ended emptying the magazine.
But anyway, it was a long, long battle, 15-20 minutes of 2 people shooting at it meanwhile surviving the lunatics that leave the train.
It is not hard, just time consuming.

I have tried to kill this boss several times, but it has not given me the achievement at any time.
In addition, I have also tried split screen and the other profile has been given the achievement but not me.
Edit: I finally got the achievement using another character.
If someone is having trouble getting the achievements with their main character, you can create a new character and just focus on the main dlc quests.

Story related, can't be missed
This trophy will unlock during the mission "What love Remains".
Boss details:
Locomobius: Fought during the mission "What love Remains".
Locomobius has the following attacks:
Psycho spawn
Bandit spawn
Bullet Flier spawn
Rockets
Hyperion Turrets
Rock Fall
Phase 1: Locomobius is a tough cookie because of how much health he has but this phase isn't too bad, just plug away at the glowing panels on his underside whilst avoiding all the Bandits, Psychos and Bullet Fliers he spawns. Locomobius is invincible whilst he's flying around so wait until he stops, before trying to shoot him with your best Corrosive weapon.
Phase 2: This phase is more of the same but now with added Rocks falling from the ceiling and turrets firing at you from the top of Locomobius so keep running around, dodging both him and his attacks whilst getting in as many hits as you can. Once he's toast, the trophy will pop.
