Blood Drive is the 17th chapter/17th mission in Borderlands 3. This mission is unlocked after the completion of the mission Cold as the Grave. The recommended level for this mission is 28, and the mission that follows it is Angels and Speed Demons.

Story Related, Can't Be Missed
This trophy will pop after completing the mission "Blood Drive", by talking to Tannis after killing Pain and Terror.
Boss details:
Carnivora - Fought during the mission "Blood Drive":
The Carnivora is a joke to kill if you drive a Cyclone (the other 2 vehicle types are either too weak or too slow), just follow the instructions you're given to destroy the fuel tanks, transmission and Repair Crews then you'll be able to get on board.
Agonizer 9000 - Fought during the mission "Blood Drive":
The Agonizer 9000 has the following attacks:
Saw Blades
A Big Giant Knife
Mega-Blender
Underfloor Flamethrowers
Walls
The Tenderiser
Bandit Spawns
Tink Spawns
Eridium Laser
Eridium Vapour
This fight has 3 phases, with a mid-fight resupply/Commercial Break near the halfway point.
Phase 1: The Agonizer 9000
The Agonizer 9000 has multiple weakspots, represented by its eyes, plus the batteries and fuel tanks on strategic points of its body so focus your best Corrosive weapon on those and whittle down his health. Throughout this fight, you have to watch out for The Mega-Blender (essentially a giant Chainsaw), the Tenderiser (essentially a giant spiked hammer), underfloor Flamethrowers, randomly spawning walls and a smattering of Bandits and Tinks so keep one eye on the boss and the other on your surroundings. At approx the mid-way point of the battle, Pain will call a halt to the proceedings so you can resupply and listen to some promo blurb from Marcus but do note that the ammo crates are on a timer and will explode after approx 15 seconds so don't dawdle. Once the fight resumes, refocus your fire on the Agonizer 9000's weakspots until all of its armour has been destroyed.
Phase 2: The Agonizer's Eridium Core
For Phase 2 of the fight, you will be going toe-to-toe with the Agonizer 9000's Eridium Core and the Laser it periodically fires off. The Eridium Core is an absolute joke, just use your most powerful weapon on it and eventually the core will explode - taking the Agonizer 9000 with it and forcibly ejecting Pain & Terror in the process.
Phase 3: Pain & Terror
For Phase 3 you have to finish off Pain & Terror but they are a joke to kill, just put a single bullet in each of them and that's it. Now talk to Tannis to finish the mission and pop the trophy.
