Notes:

- I'm not sure when the first of the mysteries will become available, therefore you need to keep an eye on the Sanctuary III map so you catch the side mission icon when it appears in Ava's room.
 
- Also, don't sell the Mysterious Artifact you get for finishing Ava's storyline else you will find it's virtually impossible to find the Mysterious Eridium piles needed for the Might Beyond Sight   trophy.
 
There are 4 mysteries in total, all of which have to be accepted via Ava's recording device in her room on Sanctuary III:

Mysteriouslier: Murder on Eshchaton Row
Mysteriouslier: The Vanishing of Hizzen Mays
Mysteriouslier: Ghosts of Karass Canyon - Bring an accurate long range weapon with you for this one, because you need to shoot some distant switches. Note: The 1.24 patch has fixed a progression blocker with this mission so make sure you have that installed, before starting this DLC.
Mysteriouslier: Horror at Scryer's Crypt - Bring Shock and Corrosive weapons with you, because there will be a lot of Eridian Guardians where you're going. Glitch warning: This mission is very buggy, because Ava is prone to glitching out and refusing to do anything. Sometimes this can be fixed by just moving around the area for a bit until Ava snaps out of it but other times your only option is to load a pre-glitch save and try again, though you may have to resort to finding someone online who hasn't done this mission yet and finishing it with them.

The Seer: Fought during the mission "Mysteriouslier: Horror at Scryer's Crypt".
 
The Seer has the following attacks:
 
Blade Cannon
Homing Blade Barrage
Eridian Guardian Spawn
Invisibility
Blade Charge
Shield Recharge

Notes:
 
- With Mayhem Mode off, this boss is a joke to kill but becomes a complete nightmare with it on.

Phase 1: This phase isn't too bad, just keep your distance and whittle the Seer's health down from afar whilst avoiding her Blade Cannon shots and any Guardians she spawns. The Seer has really strong Shields and armour so bring your best Shock and Corrosive weapons with you. Once you've knocked off her first health bar, she will move onto Phase 2.
 
Phase 2: The second phase is more dangerous, because the Seer will periodically turn invisible and charge at you so keep your distance and whittle away her health whilst avoiding any Guardians she sends your way. You also have to watch out for her shield recharge move which will quickly replenish 50%+ of her shields so lay into her the moment you see her shield bar start to recover.
 
Phase 3: For the most part you just have to keep moving and whittle away at the Seer's health but watch out for her Homing Blade Barrage, because it will do a hellish amount of damage if you're caught in it so try and stay a good distance away from her until she runs out of ammo.
 
Once she's toast, grab the Mysterious Artifact from the indicated chest then the trophy will pop after Ava has finished talking.
