Some issues starting "The Kevin Konundrum" have been reported.
IGN says "IMPORTANT NOTE: there’s a bug that sometimes messes with the side quest markers. This side quest is given by Claptrap who is on the Sanctuary ship but the marker may initially appear on The Droughts, Pandora. If you see the marker on The Droughts, Pandora go there and then return to Sanctuary and you’ll see the marker has been moved to Claptrap"

I completed the mission Dynasty Dash: Floodmoor Basin multiple times but it never counts in the game log, I think it's the last side mission I'm missing, really can't find a solution! Thanks for the list though, really helped me out with the rest of the missions!

I tried everything, completed the mission again in True Vault Hunter, and again on a friend's game, still no luck. Gonna try with another character but after then I'm out of ideas, it seems like the log doesn't want to register the mission in any way!

Just so you guys are aware, the dynasty dash ones are repeatable. So once you've done it, it will pop back up again, as you can repeat it to earn the cash again.

Yeah, I know, but even though I completed Dynasty Dash: Floodmoor Basin a LOT of times, it just doesn't appear in my missions' log, so I think the mission didn't count, and it's the last one I'm missing!

I'd like to add that you MUST COMPLETE THE CIRCLE OF SLAUGHTER MISSIONS to get the side quest achievement to unlock. I did the last mission on my list and didn't get the cheev to pop, double checked my completed mission list and saw that I had everything done that was listed in this solution. Then I realized that even though I did the "Welcome to Slaughterstar 3000" I didn't actually complete the circle of slaughter itself. After turning in the mission, once I completed the areana, I got the achievement to pop. Hope this helps.

This one is bugged too. The Dynasty Dash on Floodmoor Basin won't register for me as completed. Nor will the slaughter missions. Did them all yesterday, no achievement.

For me the slaughter missions individually didn’t register on the completed list but after I completed each one the achievement popped.

I just helped out a friend as he had a situation where a mission by Claptrap didn't appear, or it was overridden by another Claptrap mission before/after the ending of the game. The mission he missed was The Kevin Konundrum.
I've just gone through the Jackobs Manor story mission, been doing all the side missions I can between Story missions, and The Kevin Konundrum was available on Sanctuary from Claptrap

Adding a note for anyone else with a glitched side quest. My normal run got stuck on the Cannonization mission when the trap stopped picking up spirits. Started a new game in TVH mode with the same character and only did story missions (all of them unfortunately) until I could pick up that quest and complete it and the following two missions.

~~TLDR.~~ If a side quest glitches, play in TVH mode as the missions/planet tracker carries over and you only need to complete the one that is missing (of course you still have to complete the story along the way to open up maps to get back to where you got stuck).

TLDR. Play same character in TVH mode.

Definitely needs to be marked as bugged. No amount of fast traveling and moving around fixes the issue with claptrap’s quests for me. No matter what I do, he never has the quests available. He actually SAYS he has a job for me when I approach but when I speak with him he just says random nonsense and the question prompt doesn’t open.

Quick tips for those who are stuck at 98%:

Fire In The Sky only shows up after the campaign is complete. It's very easy to overlook. I was wondering what I could be missing, then I looked over this list and saw I was missing that mission. It's located in Desolations Edge, and Sparrow and Grouse give you the mission.

Also.... Slaughter Pit and Dynasty Dash: Floodmore Basin should be removed from this list. They don't count as they are simply alternative names for repeatable quests. It just adds unnecessary confusion.

Slaughter Pit absolutely does count SCHWARTZ. I just unlocked this achievement after completing the Slaughter Pit.

i dunno whats going on here, my progress bar is at like 20%, and goes up by like 1-2% when i complete a mission, however i have very few missions avaiable, most are DLC missions, im already level 60 on my playthrough. im thinking this is totally bugged on my current game.

@rocking23nf I have the same problem… just started playing again after 1 year and some trackers didn’t sync (Zer0 targets, hunts and side quests, named locations are working fine) I’m pretty sure it’s just a visual bug, since I unlocked the achievement for 10 zer0 targets when I was at 50% in the tracker. It just counted the targets I did after I played again, but as long as you meet the criteria you will get the achievement anyway.

Would like to add that you also need to run all three circles of slaughter and that they will not show up as completed missions in the completed missions section. However, you can navigate to the planet page for each circle of slaughter and see mission progress there.

Final Update on the situation: I discovered that a mission was not appearing correctly for me on Floodmoor Basin, I could see it on True Vault Hunter but not on Normal, after yesterday's update I was finally able to see the exclamation mark and accept the mission, it's called "Get Quick, Slick". After completing it I finally got this achievement and the one for unlocking all other achievements, today is a good day!

- Cistern of Slaughter
- Dynasty Dash: Floodmoor Basin
- The Slaughter Shaft
Which is funny, since I got the achievement for completing the Circles of Slaughter

My Coop-partner and me stucked at 94 of 95 missions (we completed our "last" proving ground at least) and our quest-log said, that we completed all 6 proving grounds. No Cheevo popped for all proving grounds neither for completing all side missions. Before starting a new game with new characters, we decided to run through all proving grounds again in one session. Indeed, we found a proving ground which we haven't accomplished.(unexplored grey area and the alien-guardian at the beginning started its monologue). Both cheevos (all side missions and all proving grounds) popped up for us.

I hope, that this hint might help players who stucked in side missions, proving grounds or circles of slaughter .

So I was at 96% for this, with Baby Dancer and the 3 circles to complete. The game glitched on the first slaughter wave so it got shelved for a while.

Just come back to it, completing said circle of slaughter. My tracker moved back to 1%…. I’ve now completed the other two circles and am somehow on 4%, dreading when I finish Baby Dancer tomorrow… will update as to what happens

Update: no issues - this and UVH popped as they should on completing Baby Dancer - phew!

You also need to complete all six Eridian trials and all three Circles of Slaughter. My achievement popped when I'd finished the last Eridian trial.

The rare spawn missions given in sanctuary are not needed.

I'm having issue with Eden 6 saying I've got 3/4 on ambermire its the last one k need to get the achievement yet it glitched

Edit: There are multiple missions missing from this list including one that only opens up on the last planet after a very late game story mission.

This's so frustrating. Yet another achievement am having trouble unlocking! I'm missing just one mission (Transaction) and is not showing on the map, I know the location but it's not active. The game tells me the mission in question is in Devils Razor, but actually it's located in Nekrotafyo.

Missing Baby Dancer and it just wont show up. I joined another persons game like was suggested on reddit and now all my fast travels are gone. So RIP me.

Actually according to this updated version of quests baby dancer isn't even needed so I got screwed for nothing. But I do have all those quests done so must be a buggy achievement?

@Crosby v2 I personally didn't have any issues, but consensus seems to suggest that the trackers shouldn't be trusted. Says I've done 90/95, but I have all trials and all circles of slaughter left so that can't be right. For locations, hunts, and opportunities it was correct, but others have had issues with these too. I think eridian slab tracking is broken for everyone.

@x brucey au - All claptrap missions are on Sanctuary. I think the only pre-requisite to The Kevin Konundrum is to have finished the main mission "Hammerlocked", but if you aren't done try finishing Eden-6.

@zDrUnKeNMoNkEyz - If you click LS you can see trackers for orbit / planet / area (depending on which area you're zoomed in on). It's a bit rempremental but for me they generally worked okay.

As some others have mentioned, you're missing the mission "Fire In The Sky" which is given to you by Sparrow on Nekrotafeo.

Also, "Dynasty Dash: Floodmoor Basin" wasn't showing up on my completed list like the other 2, but the achievement still unlocked after completing the above.

Hi, I've read the complete thread about the DD, but I've still one doubt 'bout them..how many times should I do the DD mission? One or several times?
I'm asking this as I wanna complete all side missions and it still pops up as undone
And my last doubt is about the mission "Kill XXX", where should I find them? I've read on Sanctuary but I'm not that sure I can find them there

@Sipuli91 - You should be fine, don't worry. Even though the name is different, this is just a repeatable version of the original "Dynasty Dash: Eden 6". Similar in Pandora; "Dynasty Dash: Pandora" becomes "Dynasty Dash: Devil's Razor". The mission is identical, not sure if the name change is a bug or just an oversight. To be safe I've repeated it once under the new name but I'm almost certain it isn't necessary. If you've Dynasty Dash and then repeat it once it becomes repeatable (as I said you probably don't even need to do the latter), you're good. It doesn't appear in the log for anyone I don't think...

Quick note: I did NOT have the Dynasty Dash: Floodmoor Basin quest listed in my Completed Missions list, I DID complete it, and I DID get this achievement once I completed all the other missions.

If you're missing this mission (or any other, I suppose), just keep working down through all the others and you may get lucky (like I appear to have)!!

For some reason the game assumes I have a mission left to do in Ambermire, but I remember doing sell out (I chose to be the gun slut lmao) and the whole area has been scouted and is cleared. I have 2 missions left according to the game and it definitely isn't proving grounds or circle of slaughter because I've soloed them all, this is my last cheevo to get. If I figure out how to pop it I will update..anyone else who had this issue and might see this, help a guy out!

This isn't a guide or solution, just some information from my experience for getting this achievement to pop.

I had run through the game (both main & side quests) with some friends on their games, but returned to my personal game to mop the last few bits up.

I had previously completed the Trial of Supremecy and both Dynasty Dashes (Pandora & Floodmoor Basin) on a friends game, but had these on my personal game as the last 3 accepted and unattempted quests.
I completed DD:Pandora and accidentally accepted it again, but moved on to completing DD:Floodmoor and the Trial of Supremecy, expecting this to pop upon completion of the remaining two quests.

This achievement didn't actually pop until I completed DD:Pandora again (for the second time in one session) to completely clear my quest list.

Hopefully this helps out anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation, trying to work out why this achievement hasn't popped when they have actually completed all of the quests.

A few people have msg'd me on here as to how I got Baby Dancer to pop up. It's a claptrap mission and you have to complete ALL of his other one prior to it for it to pop up. Here is a list of EVERY side mission in game.

The final claptrap mission i have done in my normal run, because claptrap is stuck in the sanctuary window -.- ... but as soon i did the mission on normal i get the achievement and a lot was undone in this run.
So maybe you have to do each mission only once, doesn't matter in which run, only the character has to be the same.

There are 91 side missions in the core game but contrary to what the trophy description says, the 16 Rare Spawn missions (the ones you get on the Sanctuary III and The Lodge Notice Boards after a friend finds and kills one of the respective bosses) don't count towards the trophy. Also note that the repeatable Dynasty missions, the Circles of Slaughter and Eridian Proving Grounds won't show up in your mission completion log. There's not much of particular help to give for this (due to how many various missions there are), but here's some advice and info in general to help.

1) Collect all missions ASAP.
Whenever you enter an area, look around the map for any [!] signs, these are missions for you to receive. Go and get them right away. No missions are permanently missable and they can be completed at any time in any order. However, some side missions won't be available until after other related side missions are done first. As far as when to complete them, that's all up to you. The sooner you do them, the sooner you get the Exp. and rewards, however waiting until you have cleared the game/reached max level (whatever it is at the time) will give you the chance to get the reward items with late/end-game stats, so there is that bonus (though you can always just do that in TVHM or with a new character as well.
Note: There are a few side missions that will become temporarily locked (can not receive, progress, or turn in) during certain main story missions, as key characters will be involved in those missions. They will become available again after you have finished the associated main story missions.

2) Don't miss the six Trials and three Slaughter arenas.
There are six Trial missions that become available after you get an item that lets you read the Eridian Markings throughout the worlds you visit. They are found at various places you have been to, but once you reach that point in the game they will have the [!] marker for you to find them.
There are three Slaughter arenas; two are side zones, one on Pandora and the other on Promethea, and the other is given as a mission on Nekrotafeyo that unlocks a space station to travel to on Sanctuary to reach the Slaughter arena. The planet-based ones can be easy to miss, since their travel spots don't really stand out and aren't required to visit for any story missions.
Note: These nine missions have the special feature of always matching your level, so it may be best to wait until you either have a good partner(s) as well as end-game gear.

3) This achievement notably does NOT include any of the Bounty Board missions for hunting rare-spawn enemies (found on the wall between the players' rooms and Moxxi's Bar), so don't worry about those. (Definitely grab those missions if you see them though! Those rare spawns can be annoying to find!)

4) For those new to Borderlands, no DLC missions are included as a requirement for this. This includes not just paid DLC but also free DLC (such as the Takedown missions). You only need to worry about the missions that were part of the base game at launch.
