This trophy will pop soon after you have spoken to the real Train Conductor and he has revealed where the train was heading.
Boss details:
Belik Primis: Fought during the mission "Off the Rails".
Belik Primis has the following attacks:
Homing Radiation Orbs
Belik spawn
Charge
Ground Pound
Tentacle Slap
Armour generation
First off, Radiation, Cryo and non-elemental weapons do almost no damage to Belik Primis so don't don't waste your time using them. To keep the Beliks off your back for a bit, turn them against each other by shooting some Traitor Weed. Belik Primis really isn't that hard to kill, just stay out of range of his Homing Radiation Orbs and chip away at his health from a safe distance with your best Fire weapon but use a Corrosive one if he generates any Armour.
