Note: Having a second controller and alt account, will make this easier.
There are 2 ways to start a duel:
1: Start a Trade by looking at your friend (requires both players to have the "Allow Trading" option enabled in the Options menu) and pressing
, then choosing the "Duel" option once they've agreed to Trade with you.
2: Melee your friend (press
), then have them press on the pod that appears.
Now have the other person walk out of the duelling bubble to have them declared a coward and a loser, then the trophy will pop.
