Story Related but POSSIBLY MISSABLE
This trophy will pop after completing the mission "Atlas, At Last" by receiving the Vault Key piece from Rhys after helping him to decide if he wants to keep his Mustache or get rid of it. There is a theoretical possibility that this trophy can be missed if done in co-op and the host chooses to tell Rhys to ditch his Mustache - see below for details (credit to AerisFlowerGirl):
In my group of 4, we voted to keep the Mustache and the host and my two friends all got the trophy (I already had it) so I can vouch that it isn't missable if you chose to keep the Mustache but cannot vouch for it a group chooses to lose it. I personally chose lose it on my solo playthrough and got the trophy with no issues.
Boss details:
Captain Traunt - Fought during the mission "The Impending Storm":
Captain Traunt has the following attacks:
Homing Elemental Balls
Ice Walls
Maliwan Soldier Spawn
Captain Traunt can be a royal pain in the neck to kill if you try to circle around the outside of the arena and take potshots at him from there but if you stay close to him and empty a non-elemental Shotgun into the generator on his back whilst dodging his Elemental Ball attacks, then you shouldn't have any issues. If you go down, try and get a Second Wind off one of the many Maliwan Soldiers that Traunt summons periodically throughout the fight.
Katagawa Ball - Fought at the end of the mission "Space-Laser Tag":
Katagawa Ball has several attacks you need to watch out for:
Fireballs
Rockets
Shock beams
Homing Darts
Fortunately, all of these attacks are easily dodged if you keep the scenery between you and them. You will need a Corrosive weapon to destroy his armour, before his shields will become vulnerable to your best Shock weapon. After destroying his second and final layer of Shields, Katagawa Ball will explode and expose the Vault Key fragment so pick it up and return to Tannis on Sanctuary III so you can give it to her.
Katagawa Jr. - Fought at the end of the mission "Atlas, At Last":
You will need either a Sniper Rifle or similar weapon for this fight, since most of it takes place at a considerable distance keep a shotgun handy for the handful of close quarters encounters.
Katagawa Jr. has the following attacks:
Distortion Field Grenades
Sniper Rifle
Holo-Clones
Holoblade
Teleport
This isn't a hard fight, just get your Sniper Rifle and keep sniping all the Katagawa Jr. Holo-Clones until you find the real one. Once you find him, keep pumping shots into his head until he teleports to one of the Power Generators so you can shoot that and take off a large chunk of his health. After taking sufficient damage, Katagawa Jr. will teleport all over the map and take pot shots at you before splitting up into several Holo-Clones again. Every so often, the real Katagawa Jr. will throw a Distortion Field Grenade at you to block your view in preparation for a close quarters sneak attack so keep a Shotgun handy.
Once Katagawa Jr. has taken fatal damage, his Zer0 Tech Suit will malfunction and cause him to teleport all over the place so sit back and wait for it to explode.
