STORY BASED: Once you enter the DLC you will travel to Sanctuary per usual and then take the drop pod to enter the PsychoScape. You will go through a normal Borderlands DLC cut scene and then be dropped in a beautiful, sunny meadow. Take a few steps forward up into the Screaming Meadows and all looks well, but you are playing Borderlands and should know better. As you progress forward into the Screaming Meadow a giant Krieg will appear in the background and depending on your weapons and character level you will be in a fight for the next 4-5 minutes. You will see enemy wise every variation of psycho you have seen throughout the game as well as a new addition of psychos riding bullets coming at you. In addition to the enemies there will be large mines, missles, and large sawblades that will come at you across the field. Weather the storm and when you get to the final few enemies the game time will freeze while you are still moving and you will be able to finish them off easily. I'd say I killed several dozen before I hit this point. You will then step through a door and be taken to Sanity's Sanctum. Here you will talk to Sane Krieg, Psycho Krieg, and Tannis before Psycho Krieg hands you a key in the form of an orb. In a small aclove to the side of the map you will deposit the orb into a pillar opening a portal. Once this is finished the mission completes and the achievement pops. Happy Gaming :)
