How to unlock the Red Wrath and Beyond achievement in Borderlands 3 - Definitive Guide

I will try to be spoiler free "ish"
This boss has 2 phases, the initial one and the next that changes when the health bar crosses 50%.
During the first part it will pursuit you with his weapon, slowly (since it is very big), and in the meantime if he breaks any of the little towers it will release a regular enemy. Those will be useful to win a second chance if needed.
There is a cycle which is more or less like this on the 1st phase:
- boss pursuing you
- boss jumping up to your location
and so on.
If you jump to one of the balconies above, it will throw you a weapon that will make a bubble around it and hurt you heavily. When you see the bubble if you are there, drop to the floor.
From time to time it will invoke a thunder and a new weapon will appear on his right hand. Now is when you have to leave the floor, unless you wanna die (since it will electrify all of it). Jump to the balcony, and then it will try to throw to you the regular weapon when you are at it. If you are alone it will be just you, if you are playing with someone else and is already above it will have another throw of the weapon.
All of this until the 2nd phase

Story related but GLITCHED

Glitch note: The "Locus of Rage" mission can be very buggy and either not allow you to turn it in or Psychoreaver can bug out and not respawn if you quit during the fight, thus locking you out of the Vault so backup your save before going anywhere near Vaulthalla.

This trophy will unlock at the end of the mission "Locus of Rage".

Boss details:

Psychoreaver: Fought during the mission "Locus of Rage".

Psychoreaver has the following attacks:

Berserk Patient spawn
Bullet Rider spawn
Lightning Spear
Lightning Storm
Lightning Mace
Fire Mace
Mace
Stomp
Ground Pound
Chest Rays

Phase 1: This fight won't be easy, because Psychoreaver has a ton of health and his Lightning attacks will kill you almost instantly if you get caught up in them so keep your distance and aim for his head. Your best option is to keep moving around and using the Jump Pads whenever possible and not stay in one place for too long, else Psychoreaver will use one of his Lightning attacks. Knocking off a third of his health will trigger the next phase of the fight.

Phase 2: This phase is where things start to get ugly, because Psychoreaver will periodically fly into the air and call down a massive lightning storm on your position that also electrifies the floor so find a Jump Pad ASAP then use it to get to higher ground. Once you get him down to half health, he will disappear then Tannis and the two Kriegs will appear.

Phase 3: After some dialogue from Tannis, Psychoreaver will reappear and be bigger and angrier than ever. Fortunately, his Mace attacks are very easy to avoid but watch out for the Bullet Rider enemies he spawns else they will deal major damage to you. To do any damage to him at all, you will need a weapon with considerable range e.g. a Sniper Rifle or Assault Rifle. Periodically, the two Kriegs will appear and use their combined power to restrain Psychoreaver so quickly take advantage of this situation to do some serious damage to him. It's during this phase that he will use his most powerful attack i.e. his Chest Rays, which will almost instantly put you in Fight for Your Life if you get caught by them so hide behind something until the attack is over. You will know when he's about to do this attack, when he moves his left hand (your right) down his belt.

The trophy will pop moments after Psychoreaver's death.
