Straight forward enough, you'll be around level the 35 to 38 by the end of your first play through, so just start the second play through with the monsters being higher levels you get more xp you'll get this cheevo in no time

I got this achievement after the main game and during the first DLC, simply following the path through the main and secondary quests of each area as they became available (always doing story/main quests last). I was playing as Lilith and have 5 levels in her team xp bonus perk but not sure if that applies whilst playing solo (the team loot bonus definitely does)
