Once you reach level 5, you will unlock the action skill. Find some low-level enemies outside of Fyrestone (Skags are perfect), take down the health of a few of them by shooting until they only have a small amount of HP, and then press
to trigger the skill.Rinse and repeat until you've killed 15 enemies and then the trophy will unlock.

You will need to be level 5 before you can unlock any character's action skill.
The Berserker's action skill has you put away your weapons and fight with just your immensely powerful fists for a short time. You can invest in skills to improve the power of your action skill such as 'Endless Rage' in the Brawler tree to increase the duration, among others.
This achievement can be attempted as soon as you reach level 5 however and should be done on the weaker early game enemies to unlock it as soon as possible.

You will gain access to your action skill when you level up to level 5 and to use it, press 
. The Berserker's action skill is called "Berserk" which allows the player to become super powerful for a few seconds and beat your enemies to a pulp with your fists. 
is Brick's Left Hook and

and in some control schemes). Whilst you're going Berserk you will not be able to use any of your other weapons but to compensate for this you become highly resistant to damage.
Brick is the hardest of all the characters to use. He prefers close quarters combat but most enemies use long/medium range weapons and because of this you will take far more damage than the other three characters do early on in the game.
