You will first have to progress far enough into the story that you gain access to the Catch-A-Ride station by completing the Bone Head's Theft quest. Once you have a vehicle, target low-level bandits and Skags and run them over. Once you have killed a total of 25 enemies the trophy will unlock.
Scotty
Early on in the game you will be given a mission to get the 'Catch-a-Ride' station working. It's a short mission and once completed you will be able to spawn a vehicle to drive. While in the vehicle, enemies that you run over will be killed immediately, though will yield much reduced XP, so it's not advised to do this outside of this achievement.
You can earn this as soon as you have the vehicle by driving around the map and finding enemies to run over. Once you have 25 the achievement will unlock.
Terminator, and, Vuule, Archavia
The earliest this trophy can be obtained is when you gain access to the Catch-A-Ride station in Fyrestone after Turning In the Mission "Bone Head's Theft". Once you have spawned a Runner, drive around for 5-10mins and run over every enemy you meet. Not every enemy can be killed instantly by driving over them and running over a high level enemy can destroy your vehicle and kill you.
