The Paid in Fyrestone trophy will be the first trophy you unlock in Borderlands: Game of the Year Edition and is awarded for completing the first five missions in the game.
They are:
- Fresh Off the Bus: A basic tutorial.
- The Doctor Is In: Speak to Dr. Zed.
- Fix'er Upper: Fix the vending machine and buy a shield.
- Claptrap Rescue: Fix CL4P-TP.
- Skags at the Gate: Kill 5 skags.

This will likely be the very first trophy you get as you have to do the first 5 missions anyway to progress through the story. It shouldn't take you more than 30mins to get this trophy and it will pop after turning-in the mission called "Fix'er Upper".
