This achievement is pretty self explanatory.
However, it is glitched if you're playing the game in french. If you can't unlock this achievement and are playing in french, change the language of your game (steam -> right click on game -> properties -> language) then kill any enemy using BloodWing. If you already have more than 15 kills with your character, the achievement should unlock.
