OK so there are 5 of theses little guys..
1. mini Steve - find him in a RED chest... (tons of them.. i found steve first)
2. meat Popsicle - found in refrigerators (in the sunken ship area. or in the lockdown palace. the rescue Athena mission)
3. truxican wrestler - found in lockers in the lock down palace (near chaz)( rescue Athena mission)
4. dumpster diver - he can ONLY be found in the garage that Motorhead comes out of in the mission little people big experiments
5. crimson shorty - found outside of CRIMSON ARMORY, in a crimson lance chest (i found him in the chest just before you enter the armory)

If you use Borderlands NA guide on the 360 it gives you the video locations to where the midget's are

went to all 5 of these locations and killed all these midgets and achievement didnt pop. went to the other guild for the NA version watched the video and there are locations that are not listed above.
