The Ludicrous Speedway is located in The Dahl Headlands which you will travel too once you leave Arid Badlands to continue the story.
Once here head to the bottom left of the map here:
Once here you will need to find the starting point (which will be in the video) and drive the course, the only time you'll need to boost is to jump the gap which is done by pressing
