For this achievement you firstly need to head to Treacher's Landing which is off of The Rust Commons West.
Once here you'll need to head to the most east part of the map, which is the far right when you view the game map, beware theres lots of enemies,

Once there you simply need to jump onto the boat at the end of the docks here:
